Ethically Sourced & Modern SlaverY

We believe that the clothes you wear to do your job shouldn’t cost someone else their dignity. Our commitment to heavy-duty quality goes hand-in-hand with our commitment to heavy-duty ethics.

We have a zero-tolerance policy for modern slavery, forced labor, and unethical practices in our supply chain. We don’t just take our manufacturers' word for it—we verify it.

Our Sourcing Standard: Verified, Not Just Promised

We only partner with manufacturing facilities that share our values of transparency, fair compensation, and safe working conditions. To ensure these standards are met everyday, all SHRYM Workwear production partners must adhere to three strict pillars:

1. Unannounced Third-Party Audits

Trust is earned, but verification is mandatory. Our manufacturing partners grant us and independent auditors full, unannounced access to their facilities at any time. These random third-party audits ensure that everyday working conditions match our strict ethical standards, preventing "showcase" compliance.

2. World-Class Ethical Certifications

We only work with facilities that hold globally recognized, independent certifications. Our partners are vetted and certified by:

  • Sedex (Supplier Ethical Data Exchange): We utilize Sedex insights to monitor labor standards, health and safety, environmental performance, and business ethics within our supply chain.

  • WRAP (Worldwide Responsible Accredited Production): Our factories comply with WRAP’s 12 Principles, which guarantee lawful, humane, and ethical manufacturing, including fair wages and the absolute prohibition of forced or child labor.

3. Safe, Non-Toxic Materials

Ethical sourcing also means protecting the people who make our clothes and the people who wear them.

  • OEKO-TEX® Standard 100: Every thread, button, and fabric blend used in our garments is certified under OEKO-TEX® Standard 100. This guarantees that our workwear is rigorously tested and 100% free from harmful levels of toxic chemicals and substances.

Our Ongoing Commitment

Modern slavery is a hidden global issue, and staying ahead of it requires constant vigilance. SHRYM Workwear is dedicated to continuously reviewing our supply chain, updating our policies, and working exclusively with partners who value human rights as much as we do.

When you put on SHRYM Workwear, you can do your job with the peace of mind that we did ours ethically.
